Important Registration Note:
The Summer Social Skills Boot Camp is offered as a series of five stand-alone workshops. Your child is welcome to attend any number of sessions—whether that’s one, a few, or all four!
However, please note that we cannot hold spots for future workshops unless they are selected and paid for at the time of initial registration. If you choose to register for additional sessions later, you will need to complete a new registration form, and availability is not guaranteed.

Week 1: Friendship Foundations (June 30th 9:30-11:30)
Focus: What makes a good friend, kindness, inclusion
Activities: Friendship bingo, trait sort, group games
Week 2: Confident Conversations (July 7th 9:30-11:30)
Focus: Starting conversations, active listening, conversation turn-taking
Activities: Role-play with conversation starters, ping-pong style communication
Week 3: Teamwork & Kind Leaders (July 14th 9:30-11:30)
Focus: Collaboration, flexibility, perspective-taking
Activities: Cooperative team challenges
Week 4: Handling Big Feelings (July 21st 9:30-11:30)
Focus: Self-regulation, coping strategies, emotional expression
Activities: Calm down choice cards, coping strategy games, breathing exercises
Week 5: Peaceful Problem Solving (July 28th 9:30-11:30)
Focus: Managing peer conflict, using I-messages, repairing relationships
Activities: Peace plan challenge, problem solving choice boards
Week 1: Building Positive Friendships (July 2nd 9:30-11:30)
Focus: Friendship qualities, peer pressure, trust and boundaries
Activities: Friendship dilemma sort, social scenario debates
Week 2: Communication Confidence (July 9th 9:30-11:30)
Focus: Assertive communication, conversation depth, respectful disagreement
Activities: Communication role-plays, “Respectful vs. Rude” sort, conversation dice
Week 3: Teamwork & Leadership (July 16th 9:30-11:30)
Focus: Teamwork, recognizing strengths, positive leadership
Activities: Leadership challenge, team obstacle course, reflection
Week 4: Emotional Regulation (July 23rd 9:30-11:30)
Focus: Triggers and tools, emotional awareness, flexible thinking
Activities: Emotion mapping, regulation toolbox, flexible thinking games
Week 5: Navigating Conflict (July 30th 9:30-11:30)
Focus: Managing misunderstandings, repairing relationships, peer problem-solving
